Tender description
The scheme relates to demolition works to a block of bedsits/maisonettes in Banbridge. The works (the scope of which is detailed in the Tender Documentation) will comprise demolition of a three-storey block of dwellings made up of 10 ground floor bedsits with 10 maisonettes above to include cantilevered walkways, balconies and single/two storey stores.
