Contractors are invited to provide two separate tenders, one for fire doors to the main block and one for fire doors to the external accommodation blocks. Contractors are unlikely to be awarded both tendered contracts. In the event that one contractor scores highest in both tenders then the College is likely to award one contract to the second placed tenderer. Suppliers may bid for one of both areas of the works.
