Brennan's Lane & The Shambles - Design and Construction Related Consultancy Services for Brennan's Lane & The Shambles, New Ross.

Tender description

Proposal to carryout urban regeneration and improvement works at two sites in New Ross, Co. Wexford- Brennan's Lane, and The Shambles. The proposed development at Brennan's Lane will involve the construction of a high quality public realm space and pedestrian connectivity, while The Shambles will put life back into an under-utilised urban space for multi-purpose community and tourism use. Funding, under the Town & Village Renewal Scheme, has been secured for this project, and it is planned to proceed to construction as soon as possible. Wexford County Council now proposes to appoint a design team to provide full consultancy services, for Stage (ii) Detailed Design to Stage (V) Handover of Works. The Council shall make a single appointment, and the appointed firm will be responsible for engaging directly any necessary sub-consultants.
