This procurement is for the provision of property protection, clearance and cleaning services. Award of contract via Pfh framework, subsequent to a mini competition process. The procurement is for the provision of property protection, clearance and cleaning services. The core services required are mainly for clearance and specialist cleaning services. However, given the rapid increase developments in East Lothian Geographical area, we are including elements of property protection with the main of making some buildings safer to prevent trespass, vandalism and theft of materials and equipment.
