Tender description

Medical provision for Plymouth City Council's annual events programme. The Council’s highly experienced and qualified Events team deliver an annual events programme which includes: • Very high profile ‘signature’ events on Plymouth Hoe with attendances upwards of 50,000 people per day - such as The British Firework Championships, and Armed Forces Day • Smaller family focussed events such as the Pirates Weekend on the Barbican and the Christmas Lights Switch on in the City Centre • Civic events including Remembrance Sunday. The PCC Events Team conceive and lead the events, providing all operational planning and delivery to ensure high quality and safe execution of the events. These annual events take place at a similar time each year and are similar in content annually.
