The Cambridgeshire Private Electricity Network comprises of an 8km electricity cable a new substation and associated equipment This is a complex project with numerous landowners and tenants involved The Council is seeking a suitably qualified land agent to act as the Council representative for landowners and tenants throughout the construction and post-construction of the project This involves but not limited to\r acting as point of contact for landowners and tenants\r managing landowners concerns\r ensuring contractor implements mitigation as agreed such as fencing crossing points soil storage land drain repairs etc\r ensuring the Council remains operational throughout construction \r managing crop compensation payments\r assisting with remedial issues post-contraction\r
