Call-off award following further competition via Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation Apprenticeships and Associated Training - 833. Estimated 6 learners completing the Level 2, 6 learners completing the Level 3 and 6 learners completing the Level 4. As learner numbers may fluctuate the cost quoted may differ. Level 5 Diploma is excluded from the total contract value. This estimate is based on the apprenticeship funding band set by the Government for these standards: • Housing and Property Management Assistant (Level 2)* • Housing and Property Management (Level 3) • Senior Housing and Property Management (Level 4)** • Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 5 Diploma. The start and end dates can be flexibly managed depending on the actual commencement date. Payments will be made via the Apprenticeship Levy for Level 2 and 3, Level 4 and 5 fall outside of the scope of the Apprenticeship Levy funds, payments for this will be agreed separately within the service.
