35 Sutherland Road - Workspace Fitout (RIBA Stages 1-6) The designs are expected to provide best-in-class practice on repurposing a warehouse-style building into a workspace, incorporating cutting edge energy saving infrastructure through the use of material, fixtures, and fittings that address the current climate emergency and also meet the requirement as set out in the Council’s Climate Emergency policy. Applicants are expected to demonstrate their expertise and knowledge of sustainably conscious design and have a passion for developing spaces of the highest degree of energy efficiency.
