Soft Market Test for Asbestos Management System

Torus are seeking input from the market via a soft market testing exercise in relation to a potential forthcoming procurement exercise to procure an asbestos management system. Interested providers are invited to respond to the soft market testing questionnaire which can be accessed via the provided URL. The completed soft market testing questionnaire should be completed no later than 5pm on 28th June 2023. Torus reserves the right to hold further soft market testing meetings for interested organisations that respond to this soft market testing to further support this exercise. Please note that Torus retains sole discretion as to which (if any) interested organisations it will invite to soft market testing meetings. This is not a formal tender opportunity and there is no guarantee of any tender opportunity arising following this period of soft market testing. All responses will be confidential for the market testing purposes only. Lot 1: The purpose of this soft market test is to enable Torus to understand the what might be the most potentially attractive way of packaging and scoping a future procurement opportunity. Torus is at an early stage in the development of its proposals but are testing the market prior to formulating any formal procurement opportunity. Torus are looking to record and monitor asbestos compliance across all Torus properties. This will be done by implementing a new asbestos management system which will hold all required asbestos information and will be accessible to relevant areas of the business.
