RIVER NITH: FORMER POLQUHIRTER TREATMENT WORKS RIVER CORRIDOR RESTORATION

Tender description

Development and modelling of the outline design to detailed design stage. Removal of embankments through the former Polquhirter Treatment Works and construction of new embankments as per the agreed design, reusing material where possible. The ground between the river and embankments is required to be re-profiled, re-turfed, seeded and planted as per the agreed design. Tenders will be evaluated individually by each member of the Evaluation Panel. On completion of the individual evaluation, a consensus meeting will be held, and attended by the members of the Evaluation Team and chaired by Commercial & Procurement Services Individual scores will be reviewed and debated and a consensus score will be reached for each Tenderer. The consensus score and justification for the decision will be recorded. Further clarification may be requested following this meeting.
