Tender description

This prior information notice (PIN) no. 2 is to request feedback from interested parties regarding their views on aspects of our tender, together with potential alterations to applicable Terms & Conditions. Lot 1: Crown Estate Scotland is seeking to procure a replacement for its Property/Asset Management System (currently Propman). This PIN seeks information from interested parties regarding potential budget, time required to complete a bid and other issues. It also contains questions regarding potential Terms & Conditions. Crown Estate Scotland would appreciate responses to these questions by 22/06/2023. Following analysis of responses, we would intend to launch a revised ITT by mid September 2023.
