Quote requested for taxi services to day care and return

We are inviting quotes for the delivery of a taxi service, a return journey required 4 days per week, between home B65 0AG (pick up 9:15) and Focus day care, B17 9AT (3:30 pm) each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday of each week, excluding bank holidays. The SU who will be travelling alone, is not to be left alone under any circumstances. We are looking for competitive quotes to achieve the best value service for our Service User within the region of £10K to £14K per annum. The planned date for awarding this service will be Friday 16/06/23 and therefore the closing date for quotes to be received will be Wednesday 14/06/23 at 5pm. The planned start date of service will be Monday 19 June 2023.
