Provision of Record Management Services

Tender description

The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) intends to run a competitive procurement process for the provision of Record Management Services. This may result in the establishment of a Framework, or other contract types, available for use by Public Sector Bodies for the following types of services: Safe and secure on-site and off-site storage and record management services, including electronic inventory management for the intake, retrieval, full digital scanning and storage to media devices, archiving services, Record tracking and cataloging, and secure disposal of Records. As part of the process, the OGP wishes to take soundings from the market as to its capacity to provide Record Management Services to the Irish Public Sector. The OGP is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research. This is a market sounding exercise to obtain market information on the provision of Record Management Services. It is not a call for competition.
