Preparation and Update of Cotswold Design Code

Tender description

Cotswold District Council seeks to commission a Consultant to prepare an updated Cotswold District Design Code (CDDC). The work is required to support and form part of an updated Cotswold District Local Plan, and deliver on the Councils' ambition to make it 'green to the core'. Radical action is required now. New development and retrofitting should contribute to improving people's health, addressing climate change and lead to ecological enhancement. Development should have a net positive impact on human health and to the natural environment that sustains us.
