Tender description

Under the schools expansion programme additional SEN spaces are required for September 2023. DAR approval is in place to appoint consultants and contractors through Clear Futures to deliver these works. Strategic Support Project Services agreements (SSPS) are the means by which the Council will enter into contract to deliver pre construction services. The construction stage will be captured in a JCT contract. This procurement request is to enter into a SSPS for the refurbishment of the Palmerston School on Beaconsfield Road. Keywords: consultancy
