Introduction and Context This is a contract for the provision of a National Standards Cycle Training Scheme (Bikeability) for Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council Primary School Pupils, as well as Level 3 for adults. Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council are located adjacently in the North East corner of Wales, serving as a gateway to North Wales, and performing a central role in the operation of the sub region. Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council are seeking to contract a company or organisation with the necessary accreditation, skills and expertise to set up, organise, deliver, monitor and evaluate cycle training to National Standards Cycle Training levels 1, 2 and 3.
