Cardiff Metropolitan University is intending to set up a panel of Consultants across a range of construction-related professions who have a strategic focus on improving the delivery of the University’s construction projects. The University’s requirement is broken into a number of construction profession ‘lots’: Lot 1 – Project Management Lot 2 – Architecture Lot 3 – Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Lot 4 – Civil and Structural Engineering Lot 5 – Cost Management Lot 1: Project Management Lot 1 – Project Management Lot 2: Architecture Lot 2 – Architecture Lot 3: Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Lot 3 – Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Lot 4: Civil and Structural Engineering Lot 4 – Civil and Structural Engineering Lot 5: Cost Management Lot 5 – Cost Management
