Tender description
Suffolk County Council is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement to provide Domestic Abuse Accommodation Support. This procurement is for services listed within schedule 3 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and as a result are subject to the Light Touch Regime under those regulations. Therefore, the Council is not obliged to comply with the full requirements of the 2015 Regulations, however the principles will be applied. The framework will be for a duration of 3 years commencing 1st April 2023 with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years. The anticipated total value of the framework (including the extension period) is approximately £375,000. The framework will consist of 5 lots. The submission deadline is 8th November 2022 at 12noon. Lot 1: Specialist support designed specifically for victims with relevant protected characteristics Specialist support designed specifically for victims with relevant protected characteristics (including ‘by and for’), such as faith services, translators and interpreters, immigration advice, interpreters for victims identifying as deaf and / or hard of hearing, and dedicated support for LGBTQ+ victims [not limited to]. Lot 2: Specialist support designed specifically for victims with additional and / or complex needs Specialist support designed specifically for victims with additional and / or complex needs such as, mental health advice and support, drug and alcohol advice and support [not limited to]. Lot 3: Children’s support Children’s support – including play therapy, child advocacy or a specialist children worker (for example, a young people’s violence advisor, IDVA or outreach worker specialised in working with children). Lot 4: Counselling and therapy - Individual Counselling and therapy – (individual) for both adults and children, including emotional wellbeing support children’s support – including play therapy, child advocacy or a specialist children worker (for example, a young people’s violence advisor, IDVA or outreach worker specialised in working with children). Lot 5: Counselling and therapy - Group Counselling and therapy – (group) for both adults and children, including emotional wellbeing support children’s support – including play therapy, child advocacy or a specialist children worker (for example, a young people’s violence advisor, IDVA or outreach worker specialised in working with children).
