Tender description
DAERA is seeking to appoint a Contractor to deliver a Strategic Environmental Assessment as set out under ‘The Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004’ and a Habitats Regulations Assessment as set out under Regulation 43 of the Conservation (Natural Habitats, etc.) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995 (as amended).
