Tender description
DAERA is seeking to appoint a Contractor to undertake a carbon baseline exercise on its Built Estate for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions along with providing a methodology for the ongoing monitoring, assessment and reporting of these emissions, the provision of general recommendations on reducing carbon emissions aligned with the outputs from the baseline report, and the production of a decarbonisation plan for a selected pilot site.
