Tender description
Pendle Borough Council works in partnership with Lancashire County Council to carry out access improvements to footpaths and bridleways. This project includes installing gates and road side signposts and small scale surfacing work. Many of the sites require access across farmland. We obtain permission from landowners for access but the contractor would only be able to carry out work when ground conditions are suitable not to cause damage.
