Tender description
The council requires a Service Provider to carry out tree felling operations in relation to larch trees infected with phytophthora ramorum throughout Gleniffer Braes Country Park as directed by the council at the locations specified within the Specification. This Procedure shall be conducted in accordance with a below threshold Open Tender procedure relating to a Services Contract. See paragraph 1.9 below for a full Timetable of Events. For the avoidance of doubt, this procurement is not being conducted in accordance with the Public Contract Scotland Regulations 2015 as the estimated value is less than the Threshold for a works contract.
