Bedding Plants and Floral planters 2023

Tender description

Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to supply and deliver spring and summer bedding plants; and to collect, plant, establish and deliver floral planters. The council is targeting to have awarded the contract by 1st September 2023 with a subsequent commencement date of 1st November 2023 (at which point the first order will be placed for the first delivery in May 2024). The estimated value of the contract is £25,000 per annum. The initial Contract period will be for 3 years with possibility of extending the term by a further 2 years to a maximum total term of 5 years in increments to be agreed, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.
