Tender description
We require a supplier to provide the SIA are currently inviting established barristers' chambers for an inquest/prosecution contract with our organisation. We hold a number of private criminal inquests and prosecutions in the Magistrates' Courts and Crown Court, including complex Proceeds of Crime Act proceedings each year. The main services to be delivered are: 1. Inquests (England and Wales) 2. Judicial Review claims arising from inquests (England and Wales)
