Architect Led Integrated Design Team for Rapid Build Surgical Hubs located at Cork, Limerick, Galway and Waterford

Tender description

The HSE are developing Surgical Hubs in key locations on sites operated under the governance of Model 4 hospitals modelled on the Reeves Centre at Tallaght University Hospital. The locations selected include Cork University Hospital, University Hospital Waterford, Merlin Park University Hospital and University Hospital Limerick (city centre location). The works are to be delivered through a rapid build construction solution and are to be complete and operational by Q4 2024. The Integrated Design Team will be novated to the Works Contractor at the end of Stage 3.
