Tender description
Pre-market engagement Webinars were held on the 25th and 26th June. An overall summary of the digital activity that is catalogued was provided to attendees. A Q&A was also conducted and a copy of the questions and answers are attached Work done so far There are a number of projects and associated digital outcomes ranging from Discovery through to Alpha and Public Beta. This requirement will be focusing on Alpha stages and above Which phase the project is in Alpha Existing team There is a civil service team of product and deliver managers that will manage oversee the development / multi-disciplinary team provided by the supplier. Glasgow - TBC York - TBC Working arrangements The supplier will work to traditional full time working hours unless agreed otherwise. There is a hybrid working model in place and some office attendance will be required. The supplier will be responsible for own travel expenses to an agreed location. Additional expenses or travel outside of this will be pre-agreed. Suppliers will work on own IT equipment, there is not an expectation to provide Cabinet Office IT. Suppliers will be asked to build new digital and data services or enhance existing ones on the Salesforce platform. All work to be carried out in line with the Government Digital Service Standard. The business problem you need to solve We are looking to improve data quality and collection - through the automation of manual processes. Replace more time consuming tasks such as populating spreadsheets and bring in more dynamic digital services and data visualisation tools.
