Derry City and Strabane District Council is seeking tenders for the provision of cafe services for the Alley Arts and Conference Centre. Located at 1a Railway Street, Strabane, BT82 8EF the Alley Arts and Conference Centre (Alley) is owned and operated by Derry City and Strabane District Council. Offering top class entertainment, arts development and conference facilities, the Alley has been the cultural hub of Strabane since first opening 15 years ago. Council is seeking tenders for the daytime (10am – 4pm: Monday through Saturday) café franchise at the Alley for an initial period of 3 years with the option of annual renewal thereafter up to a maximum of 5 years.
