South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE) is undertaking pre-market engagement via this PIN notice to identify interested parties. SOSE is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, knowledgeable and innovative Service Provider to provide Property & Estate Management services. Please record your expression of interest via PCS. Lot 1: South of Scotland Enterprise (the Contracting Authority) is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, knowledgeable and innovative Service Provider to provide property and estate management services. The Services required by the Contracting Authority for their Premises include (but are not limited to): - General Property Management - Vacant Property Management - Site Inspections - Tenant Management - Competitive Tendering (e.g. cleaning, building maintenance, landscaping, utilities) - Collection of Rent, Service Charges and other monies - Tenant Attraction, Marketing & Letting - Additional FM provision as required It is expected that the contracted Service Provider will utilise sub-contractors based within the South of Scotland wherever possible.
