Halton Borough Council is currently considering options for finding an operator for a Creative and Digital Enterprise Hub for Runcorn Station Quarter to create flexible office space for a variety of business models that utilise desk-rental space as well as starter units, grow on space, anchor tenants and co-working areas where small businesses will benefit from collaboration and shared working practices, which can provide the early incubator stages of growth.
