Tender description

The Scope of this proposed service will be for supply and delivery of bill printing and postage. We will also be looking for a Supplier who can demonstrate innovation in helping UU to move to digital methods of despatch. We will be looking for a Supplier to be able to supply and deliver bill printing for Annual (main), half year and supplementary billing of all domestic unmeasured customers including the production, enveloping and despatch of all documents and inserts/leaflets for all UUW Domestic customers, Miscellaneous billing, Reminders, Legal Notices, Various payment and debt collection documents, Automated letters, Automated customer information leaflet fulfilment services and manual fulfilment services for customer letters, information leaflets, plastic payment cards, postage and similar promotional items e.g. flush saver packs.
