Tender description
Request for Quote (RfQ) to undertake Executive Management Team, Directors and Head Teacher Appraisals on behalf of L.E.A.D. Academy Trust. The service provider will be required to carry out the below service: Acts as an external advisor to support the Executive Management Team, Directors and Headteacher appraisal and target setting process. Leads the review of the targets for the preceding academic year, and produce a written review document summarising each person’s performance. Advises the Trust regarding the quality of each person’s overall performance. Support the setting of targets for the new academic year and produce a document which contains the targets and success criteria. It will also contain possible actions each person may wish to action to support them in achieving their targets. The above is to be completed for 3 members of the Executive Team, 4 Directors and 25 academies in September 2023. Keywords: Performance Management
