Tender description

This will be a dedicated programme developed and designed specifically for social workers and social care managers offering multi-source feedback on leadership skills and development supported by experienced mentors. Participants will benefit from increased knowledge of the effective practice of leadership and management as applied to social work. Being taught in an occupational specific cohort in an interactive manner will enable peer discussion, debate and development of best practice. The course shall be delivered to students who are currently employed by the South Yorkshire Teaching Partnership, as nominated by their employer.
