Tender description

Durham County Council’s Integrated Care Partnership are looking to work closely with providers of supported accommodation to increase the choice of accommodation available to those who require support and to encourage choice in the options available to people who maybe leaving a range of services such as residential care, hospital or family home and to help people live independently for as long as possible in their own home. The Council is seeking to work with a number of accommodation providers, such as: • A Registered Housing Provider • Charities and other voluntary organisations • A Private Developer/Company Queries should be sent via the message section - the clarification period ends 12 noon on 12/06/2023 Please read ITT1 Document and ITT2 Document to understand the councils requirement for accommodation providers.
