LHP372 Learning Management System - AWARD

Tender description

LHP are looking for a learning management system which supports our agile working model and can grow with LHP as we continue our digital change. We require a system which can be used on desktop, tablet, and phones allowing all employees access which suits their work. Approximately 40% of LHP employees do not have access to a laptop. The system should also allow for the completion of face to face training to be recorded on individuals profiles which will give us a complete training record for all. Regular automated reports are also a requirement as the social housing sector is heavily compliant. We also require the ability to create our own bespoke training specific for our organisation which can be on the platform alongside standard training modules.
