Viables Community & Craft Centre is a mix of small independent retail/ craft units and a community centre serving the Viables area of Basingstoke. The community centre is a single storey brick building with a concrete / cement panel roof. The building consists of two main halls with a kitchen and is well used by a variety of regular groups and private bookings. Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (‘the Council’) is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor to replace the existing cement profile sheet roof to the community centre and Osbourne Room, with internal refurbishments and small extension, along with all remedial and associated works.
