ESB Smart Energy Services would like to determine market capabilities to deliver a Framework for the provision of Heat-pumps in the Republic of Ireland, Great Britain, and Northern Ireland. The scope of the Framework will consist of the design, supply, installation, commissioning and operation and maintenance of Heat-pump systems at commercial and / or industrial sites throughout the Republic of Ireland, Great Britain, and Northern Ireland. Lot 1: Packaged Plant Room Option Heat pumps should be in the range of 250KW – 1.5MW. Should focus on heat pumps with zero or low GWP refrigerants with priority given to natural refrigerants i.e., ammonia, CO2, propane, etc. Please refer to the Information Memorandum and Questionnaire for further information. Lot 2: Heat pumps should be in the range of 250KW – 1.5 MW.
