GB-Swindon: Amplifier Head Body Components

The EPAC facility at UK Research and Innovation is looking to procure an Amplifier Head Body with mechanical hardware to be supplied, manufactured, finished and assembled. An assembly drawing list was provided in the specifications document to express the quantity of hardware required. The contract should cover the supply and delivery of all components necessary. The pressure vessel included in this contract will only be running at vacuum for maintenance purposes, but due to cleanliness requirements is considered an 'ultra high vacuum' (UHV) vessel. The pressure vessels being manufactured under this contract shall operate at 5 bar (a) in normal operation. The pressure vessel forms part of a pressurised system that falls into Sound Engineering Practise under the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) (97/23/EC).
