Tenders are invited by St.Vincent's University Hospital in respect of retail opportunities in St. Vincent's University Hospital, Elm Park, Dublin 4, Ireland. The undertaking will involve two Coffee Shop services plus two Newsagent-Convenience type services within units located in the atrium of the Clinical Services Building and the Ward Block Building. The hospital now seeks submissions from parties interested in providing Coffee Shop and Newsagent services from these facilities. For the avoidance of doubt operators are required to tender to operate all units i.e. one Lot.
