Employment Kirklees: Stage 2 The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the “Council”) has received funding via the West Yorkshire Combined Authority to deliver Employment and Skills support under its Employment West Yorkshire Programme. In Kirklees this support will be delivered as part of the Employment Kirklees Programme. Kirklees Council (Employment and Skills) is now looking to commission stage 2 of the Employment Kirklees programme and seeks to commission a highly effective organisation to provide tailored employment support for Kirklees residents aged over 25 under the Employment Kirklees banner. This programme will build on the success of the current Works Better 15 to 25 and Better Works programme (due to end 31st December 2023) and provide a continuation of the current Kirklees employability provision. The funding is available between 1st January 2024 and 31st March 2025 and all activity must be delivered within this period. We are hosting two engagement events via Teams for organisations who may be interested in this opportunity to find out more.
