e-ITT for the provision of Asbestos Removal and Demolition of the Hythe Medical Centre Closing Date for Submission of Tenders 12.00 NOON, 28 JUNE 2023 To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP) New Forest District Council (NFDC) plans to build twenty-two new affordable homes in former Hythe Medical Centre as part of the Housing Strategy to provide more homes for local people. As part of the next stage, NFDC is seeking to appoint a specialist contractor to carry out the enabling works to prepare the site prior to the new build contract. This comprises the demolition of the existing building, including the removal of all asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) as describe in the scope and detailed in the work’s specification and other tender documents Keywords: Demolition Works, Asbestos Removal
