Direct Award for the supply and delivery of Heavy Vehicles under the Scotland Excel Heavy Vehicle Purchase Framework Agreement 03-21

South Lanarkshire Council’s Fleet Services have an ongoing requirement for the supply and delivery of a wide range of Heavy Vehicles in excess of 7.5 tonnes to replace ageing fleet. The Call-off Contracts have been awarded via Direct Award for as a direct replacement for existing fleet. Direct award for the supply and delivery of 6 x 26 Tonne RCV’s. The current Scotland Excel Framework, reference 03-21 covers the period 01 January 2022 to 31 December 2023 with the option to extend for 2 x 12 month periods South Lanarkshire Council’s Fleet Services have an ongoing requirement for the supply and delivery of a wide range of Heavy Vehicles in excess of 7.5 tonnes. The call-off contract has been awarded via Direct Award as a direct replacement for existing fleet. Direct Award for the supply and delivery of Heavy Vehicles - 6 x 26 Tonne RCV's under Scotland Excel Framework 03-21. Utilising this Framework will provide best value to the Council where costs have been exposed to competition through the collaborative nature of the framework and supplier rates are compared with the framework to ensure best value is being obtained.
