CSW UKSPF Cornwall Youth Engagement Specialist Partners Opportunity

Tender description

CSW, in partnership with Cornwall Education Business Partnership (Cornwall Council), is inviting Expressions of Interest (EoI) from Specialist Providers wishing to form part of an overall service to residents of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, who are aged 16 to 24 who require support with education, training and employment. Attaining skills, retraining, job creation and moving people into work are central to Cornwall Council's strategic thinking with the publication of its Labour Market and Skills Strategy and its Good Growth Investment Plan; recognising that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. This is an Expression of Interest (EoI) only at this stage as we will be applying to the imminent Cornwall UKSPF People and Skills Youth Engagement £2m opportunity which is due to close on 31 July 2023. There is circa £900k available (grant funding) from 1 Jan 23 to 31 Mar 24 for a number of specialist providers to support disadvantaged young people in Cornwall. You will need to complete the attached EoI template and upload to this portal by the deadline. In addition requested policies and certifications need to be emailed to tenders@cswgroup.co.uk.
