Tender description
Orkney Islands Council (the Authority) wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to review Orkney’s Sport and Leisure services within current constraints to improve and establish a sustainable and economically delivery model for Orkney’s Sport and Leisure services, both Trust and Local Authority offering to the public. The aim of this project is to identify an economically advantageous model to deliver a high quality, sustainable Sport and Leisure services across Orkney.
