Tender description

Abellio East Anglia are looking to procure a managing agent for commercial property services across three contracting entities ; Greater Anglia, East Midlands Railway and West Midlands Trains. This will be run via a single Procurement event, with the objective to award three (3) separate contracts/one for each entity; to one supplier for all 3 contracts. Each will have its own individual term, based on their own National Rail Contract term date. Management of existing commercial property leases, including renewals, rent reviews, other lease amendments, property inspections.
