***AWARDED CONTRACT*** TMAR3072: Procurement of a Maritime Security Training Film

Tender description

This contract is awarded to cover the project management and production of a maritime security training film by Pukka Films. This film will be the fourth in a series of films produced for the DfT by Pukka, which were originally procured under contract TMAR3051. The content of the training film will need to reflect those already produced in order to provide consistency across the films. For this reason, this contract is awarded to Pukka via Direct Award. The aim is to create an easy to understand, instructional film to accompany and assist industry trainers who are delivering training in person. 1.5 The Supplier will be required to project manage the whole production, including providing pre- and post-production support. The pre-production includes a project plan, the assignment of roles, story boards, scripts and production schedules. The Authority will provide all the technical advice on teaching points to be covered and key messages to be delivered. Most meetings with the Authority will be by videoconferencing. The Authority may request face to face meetings. Where requested, these will be at the Supplier's expense.
