Architect-led Integrated Design Team Services for the fit-out of the Embassy of Ireland in Washington DC

As part of a review of its property footprint in Washington DC, the Government of Ireland intends to lease and fit-out an office space in a Class A building located within the Pennsylvania Avenue National Historic Site. A suitably qualified and experienced architect-led, multi-disciplinary design team is required to provide integrated design team services for the fit-out of the new embassy, together with the management of the fit-out project from the procurement of a general contractor and other vendors required through the design and construction stages of the project, resulting in the delivery a completed office space. The fit-out will require an innovative design solution that reflects and projects contemporary Ireland in the United States. The Department acknowledges that the contract value regarding the services drawn down will reflect market value associated with the services in question.
