Architect-led Integrated Design Team Services for the fit-out of the Embassy of Ireland in Washington DC

As part of a review of its property footprint in Washington DC, the Government of Ireland intends to lease and fit-out an office space in a Class A building located within the Pennsylvania Avenue National Historic Site. A suitably qualified and experienced architect-led, multi-disciplinary design team is required to provide integrated design team services for the fit-out of the new embassy, together with the management of the fit-out project from the procurement of a general contractor and other vendors required through the design and construction stages of the project, resulting in the delivery a completed office space. The fit-out will require an innovative design solution that reflects and projects contemporary Ireland in the United States.
