Tender description

The requirement is to engage a Service Provider for Undertaking the Provision of Annual Safety Checking/Servicing and LGSR Certification of Gas Fired and Solid Fuel, Individual and Communal Heating Appliances and Installations for properties managed by Wolverhampton Homes. The scope of works will also include for the installation of minor Replacement Parts including the undertaking of minor repairs deemed necessary and required at the time of carrying out the annual inspection, together with the annual inspection, servicing and possible installation/replacement of hardwired and battery operated smoke and heat detectors and CO alarms.
