Wakefield Council is considering procurement options for a replacement Information Technology (IT) Service Management Software Solution to support the transformation of existing IT processes and adoption of new service management processes to provide a modern and responsive service to all users and enable more efficient and effective asset management. The purpose of this market consultation is to ascertain the interest of any qualified providers and to enable an informed decision to be made in relation to any procurement opportunities available to the Council.
