The provision and management of a Family Hubs and Start for Life digital platform

Medway Council are looking to commission an organisation to establish and manage a Family Hubs and Start for Life digital platform. This platform will in essence, act as the digital front door for the local Family Hubs and Start for Life offer in Medway. This is a two-year piece of work that will need to be quickly established with the ability to tailor to local need/services. There are specific requirements and timelines for delivering against aspects of the programme as set out in the Family Hubs and Start for Life framework and service expectations. We are looking for an organisation who can take ownership for establishing and managing the Family Hubs and Start for Life digital platform. Broadly the organisation will be asked to deliver the below:? 1. Co design and deliver a digital platform for the Family Hubs and Start for Life programme in Medway. 2. Ability to tailor the digital platform to connect families to local activities and services.? 3. Be fully accessible. 4. Ability to manage and make changes locally. 5. Provide ongoing support to adapt and amend the platform as needed. Delivering the Family Hubs and Start for Life digital platform will provide a central space and access point for individuals and families to access to local Family Hubs and Start for Life offer.
